Taking a break. I don’t think I can capably handle the public need and scrutiny that seems to come with this blog right now. I’m tired, and it just isn’t helping anything. If you have my writing blog, I might be there some. I might not. Logging out.

Anonymous asked: How do you talk yourself out of hating yourself or hating life? We all have bad times but good god--I feel like I'm drowning as of late.

Yeah, me too. I don’t know.

Anonymous asked: I just wanted to tell you that I really admire your independence. I don't know a lot of people in their 20's who live in homes by themselves and who can support themselves as such. I know you've briefly mentioned financial struggles lately and I just wanted to say, as a strange, that you seem incredibly, admirably self-sufficient and capable, and that I hope everything starts looking up for you. You work your ass off and deserve it, I hope you have a nice day.

Holy, timing. I just had to borrow money from my parents to keep the lights on, anon. And I think it’s maybe important to say that because even the strongest of us out there falter. I’ve worked my ass off for everything I’ve ever had, and lately it’s really been a struggle. The point is to keep pushing. Chin up, shoulders back. Keep moving. I have a saying that I use to soothe my anxiety, and it’s really helped me. “All I can do is all I can do.”
